Group Commercial Director, Retail and Foodservice, Solico Group
Philip Wall is the Group Commercial Director responsible for both the Retail and Foodservice Divisions at Solico Group, reporting directly to the CEO Mr. Soleimani. Solico Group is Iran’s largest FMCG Company and Food & Dairy producer. Philip is responsible for the Group’s new commercial strategy and the development of the “Go-to-Market” plans and management development and training of the sales organization.
In this role, Philip draws on his 29 year career at Proctor & Gamble, beginning his career in the UK and progressing to hold a variety of senior roles in sales and marketing across a broad portfolio of household categories from detergents, health and beauty care and snacks/beverages. From 1999-2012, Philip worked internationally for P&G across EMEA on detergents, paper products, baby care and commercial products group.
As the Managing Director of P&G Professional (EMEA), between 2007-2012, he led the expansion of the business from 5 countries to 17, growing sales from $150MM USD to over $500MM USD.
Philip studied at the University of Liverpool and IMB Business School in Lausanne.
